They changed the recipe of the deli items. (Fried chicken and mashed potatoes) Less flavored more crunchy. Even fresh my elder was feeling weird about maybe breaking a tooth on how thick that breading is. Hope the roasted chicken is messed with as well. Maybe stop follow Walmarts example of ruining chicken with armored chicken, eh?

This store is horrible. The prices are not honored and you have to have a smart phone and sit there and clip ads to get the correct price. What about the when you have bad reception or you are Al elderly person that doesn’t have a smart phone? You have to pay almost double the price for something ? The prices advertised is not the price at the register and they make it a science project to get the correct price. And if you ask an employee how to get the correct price using the app , they don’t know. How many millions of dollars has Kroger made off of people because they didn’t use a clipped ad on a smart phone app ?
Save yourself money time and headaches. Shop somewhere else.
I had a bad experience again at the Alvin tx Kroger's has station , the older white male kept looking at me like I was a criminal, I guess elderly brown skin women are looked at as criminals now , it's racist and Kroger's is discriminaing

I sat in the car as my husband went in for cat food. He does about 95% of the shopping. I don't drive. I don't walk well.
What’s happened? This store has gone down hill in the last six months. I really can’t stand shopping here anymore. Most the time only one checkout is open (self checkout is terrible for business by the way, it’s poor customer service), Store is trashed, parking lot reminds me of a crash up derby. The 3 stars are for the nice people that do work there. Personally, I’d be gone long ago. Look at HEB or Chicfila business models or the Kroger on buffalo speedway in Houston. They still unload your cart and it’s clean and organized. It was a year ago before moving to Alvin. It’s so easy to increase productivity and profit with out beating your people down. Kroger management, please step up!
Prejudice staff to the maximum expression an employee by the name Barbara got very upset and make negative statements and facial expression to a lady of color who was asking for clarification on a price on a product. Management where are you on this ? Do you screen ignorance at the work place ? specially do u train
those that never have crossed the borders of Alvin TX to the rest of the world ? like it or not your population composition is changing help your employees to evolve or get rid of them it is because of ALL your costumers that your doors still open.
